Delivery Service
​
 
  • Free delivery for any order over $4,000 (outlying islands and Tung Chung excluded). The free delivery service does not cover staircase charges.
  • If the delivery address is further than 100m of the unloading point, a surcharge will be collected by the delivery service provider.
  • All items will be completed for delivery from door-to-door service within 45 - 60 days from date of purchase and confirm the payment. 
  • If you would like to reschedule or cancel the delivery, please email toysch@outlook.com  7 days (Hong Kong) in advance for our arrangement otherwise we will charge an administration fee of HK$200 (Hong Kong).
  • Outlying Islands refer to Lantau Island (areas accessible by the Tung Chung Road south of Shek Mun Kap Road on Lantau), Lamma Island, Cheung Chau and Peng Chau.
  • For buildings without lift or for delivery that can only access through staircases, there will be an additional delivery charge.
  • There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, we will require additional delivery charges.
  • In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. TOYSCH will contact the affected customer within 24 hours via email/phone for rescheduling of delivery and such delivery will be made within 7 days thereafter.
  • TOYSCH will call or send an email to you about the delivery arrangement.
  • TOYSCH reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein.
    In the event of a conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
Value-Added Service

Majority of our Products/ furniture are Flat-packed if you don't have the time or energy to assemble it yourself, there is a professional assembly service that we can arrange for you.
​
- Assembly service* is available, the charge is only 10% of the product price, but we will not charge you more than HK$4,000 as an assembly charge (except for Outlying Islands).
